Our client’s objective was to bring some much-needed joy to the various Council wards after a difficult year. The Chas Team created fun and colourful pieces for 12 precincts; including Randwick, Clovelly & La Perouse. The standout piece was a social media favourite – a giant, melting ice cream overlooking Sydney’s Clovelly Beach!
