Project Outline:
Christmas at Karrinyup Centre exemplified the authentic Chas Christmas Wonderland. This one-of-a-kind decorating scheme included references to the local Karrinyup region of Western Australia. The centre featured Santa's Magical Tree House, a 9-meter-diameter circular Santa experience with a rich narrative. Featuring a walkthrough Christmas Tree where visitors can see gifts for local delivery, an oversized bauble Christmas Tree, and a slippery slide on their way to see the man in red. The tallest Christmas Tree in Western Australia, a 17.5-meter-tall walk-through Christmas Tree with turquoise, silver, and pale pink baubles nestled among native eucalyptus with pops of red flowering gums to add a festive touch, stood outside the centre. The centre's decorations included wooden leaves and leaf stars, giving visitors a full festive experience.
