VIC Account Manager

Reporting to the VIC State Manager, this is an exciting opportunity working with high-end clients, in a supportive team culture. The position is based in our Melbourne Office located in Derrimut and is full time with an immediate start . Ideally, the role would suit someone who is looking to take on a more senior role in the future , has an interest in creative projects and solution based selling.

Core Competencies:

  • Flexible with regard to work hours during the install & dismantle season (October – January)

Key Requirements:
  • Acting as the main client interface
  • Scoping client’s properties & gathering technical information
  • Overseeing concept development with the design team
  • Assembling proposals & project documents
  • Conducting client presentations
  • Assisting Project Manager to organise client infrastructure & site preparation
  • Attending project installation, conducting audits on dismantle and assisting Project Manager (onsite where required)
  • Updating client on project progress and dealing with any problems swiftly
  • Identifying and growing opportunities within the territory
  • Achieving sales targets
Melbourne

VIC Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager who can confidently lead teams to manage a bespoke-build project from the first design meeting through to bump out.

You will have experience in the events/exhibition/entertainment space with good exposure to production, technical, infrastructure, lighting and installation work. A head for figures, an eye for detail, exemplary administration skills and strong on-site management experience will be key.

Your strong interpersonal and organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple projects concurrently, often on long lead times.

Our main installation season between October and January will require you to have work hours flexibility, as many installations involve night-work.

Key Requirements:
  • Have an established network of experienced installation crew
  • Love to organize and have creative flair and design awareness
  • Have an unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Have equipment operator certification for foklifts, EWP and high risk.
  • Able to commit to long-term employment
